How We Can Help:
- Facilitated Conversations – Facilitating conversations between individuals, or between teams, is a process of creating understanding. It allows for an opportunity to clarify assumptions and understand intent. Dialogue is what it takes to create understanding which leads to building successful agreements and action plans.
- Pre-Mediation Coaching – Is a process to prepare and support individuals entering a mediation session. We include education on the mediation process, enhancing communication skills, developing self-awareness, and creating strategies in working with emotions.
- Mediation – Is a facilitated negotiation managed by a trained mediator. We provide our clients with highly skilled mediators who will assist participants in developing agreements moving forward related to their working relationships. Mediation is a cost-effective choice to prevent, manage, and resolve disputes.
